Super interesting. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. Two questions:
1. Would you omit turned out feet positioning completely for people whose hips are rotated out when walking?
2. How do you address different leg length in footwork? (It's a totally different topic I believe)

This is one of the most helpful, elucidating explanations of foot positioning and pressing on the footbar I've been exposed to. You don't have to bend your knees a little to keep from locking the joint if your heel is working too!

Loved the footwork on the reformer. If I'm being lazy its easy for the work to go into the front of my legs. Impossible here. All back body baby!

Hi Dana! I was looking for you :) I always was looking for some cues are helping me to understand , to feel my foot work on Reformer. So , thank you so much! I have some questions: 1. Why the tendon of the biggest finger of the foot should be in relax position ? 2. When I use my hamstring in Foot work , my hip flexors also engage. Should they be engaged all of the time of the foot work session?
