Now that was a work out! Some of the exercises I don’t do well but I gave it my best shot! I’m still so afraid to do front splits standing all the way up. I’m letting fear get in the way .
Thanks so much for watching and working out - good for you Connie! You can always work the first parts of the Front Split Series to get those really solid before standing up. Also the reaching forward with the back and arms on the way up is a really good way to help your balance when you are ready to work on the standing one. Courage my friend! xox
