It looks great - but I don’t think it is possible to get results on a normal mat. I would have like that information before starting.

Milupa agreed! I have neck issues and thought this would assist. I stopped to grab a hand towel halfway through and made the adjustment but my hip flexors tightened so much trying to do the parts that use the foot straps. I think the reps are a bit high for anyone without that type of mat.
