Thank you! My hip joint always pops up when I do the reverse circle. Will try not to lift the leg so far .

I can't do leg circles on the mat without my quads cramping. Really frustrating. I can do them on the reformer with one foot/leg grounded on the footbar, but the mat always gets me.
