Sophie B Great question. We're working to make this clearer. In the meantime, I started this workout on 3 heavy springs for Footwork & The Hundred. Coordination and Short Spine are on 2. The rest should be clear as I direct each spring change, but do let me know if you have any questions. It can also be fun to explore the spring tensions with some of the exercises. If you have a more contemporary reformer, let me know and I'll share some alternatives. Hope this helps 🤙
