Thank you @Lesleylogan amazing as always. I think this apparatus doesn't really get the time it deserves. That was great and as with all your classes I will come back over and over again to work the glitches out.

I was so excited to see this today!!  I have been hoping for a new ladder barrel class. Thank you Lesley!  Love the challenging exercises and will continue to come back to this to improve!
