I liked the instructor very much but I thought there wasn't enough reps to each exercise. by the time I was transitioning to the next exercise it was over. also would have been nice to know that the footstrap should be in front of the jump board as I wasn't able to use mine because it was behind the footboard. I would've also liked more of a cardio jumping without so many other exercises.
Thank you! I was feeling blah before class and now feel in my body and connected to my core. Inspired to incorporate the overball behind the shoulder blades this week to some reformer classes =)
