Really unique and fun, unfortunately I had to improvise a little bit with the deadlifts at the back of the reformer as I don't have an Allegro 2 and the straps kept sliding off the vertical pegs as I pulled them back and up. 

Really great class and one of my favorite ways to workout.

What a fun challenge! My loops were slipping off too BUT I put my booty band over them and that fixed it !  Will be coming back to this!
