The springs tend to change throughout the class, and Courtney does provide instruction throughout. However, we have included a list below of the different spring combinations used throughout the class:
1. Light Spring (1 Blue)
2. Heavy Resistance (1 Blue and 2 Red Springs)
3. Reduced Resistance (2 Reds or 1 Red and 1 Blue)
