I love the variation during the ab series with the legs in the diamond position. I always feel it in my low belly where I want it most! Love the dedication to your class even when you aren't feeling your best!
I am sad to say that, while I usually really enjoy Kristi's classes, this one seemed a bit disorganized and her directions were not clear. I was sharing this with a friend who is interested in Pilates and this one, unfortunately, was not a good choice. I'll continue to look for better ones from her in the future.
Steady session. Especially loved the warmup combo of leg in ext behind then brought in as spine flexes, emphasis on criss cross work, and ending mermaid work. Thank you - love PA!
Definitely an off evening for me Shirley. I spent the next week cultivating full blown bronchitis but at this stage didn't have the sense that I should have stayed home. I appreciate you giving me another chance and hope your friend will too.
