Pilates wL/4 L5 slipped disc

I am throwing my hat in the ring here too. New Client referred over from his doc. I got the ok to move him in most ranges of motion. His injury is chronic..but yesterday he came in with acute pain from something he did over the weekend. and honest I was a bit hesitant about moving him in certain flexion and rotations.. so anyone fam wtih this type client with disc issues?
If your client has a true L4/5 "slipped disk", which is laymans term for a Spondylolis thesis, then there are many contraindications for him. The doctor should give you a grade level of his spondy. Level 1 - 5. Odds are 1 or 2. We have 3 case studies in the process and I have the condition myself. Stay away from levering legs or torso, strengthen in neutral and avoid excessive rotation. So much more to share....
TY Audrey for this response.. I appreciate it so much . I have tried to reach his doctor several times and hes typical doc and am sure busy to boot ..so I have just tried to move him careful and not do any rotations with deep flexions. Hes on the roller alot and seems to enjoy it everytime i bring it out.
