Frozen shoulder

I have been doing pilates for many years and had an exellent stott pilates teacher that I worked with 3 days a week for several years. I have a home studio with most of the equipment,my pilates teacher moved a few years ago and we do not have one here. I have been working with physio and have come a long way and I have been doing some shoulder work on my refomer. I prefer the reformer because it has helped me so much. I am only looking ror suggestions for shoulder exercises and I do not expect treatment from this forum, only what others have to say about treating it on pilates equipment. Thanks for any help you may provide.
My mother also has frozen shoulder so I would love to hear what exercises have helped you Linda!
I had an MRI since I posted and a cortisone shot and am now doing the following exercises which are reformer exercises. All the shoulder exercises on the reformer seem to be working for me but I am doing them as a rehab kind of thing under the guidance of an orthopedic surgeon and a physiotherapist but I am also booked for surgery on my bone spur should my problem recur. A frozen shoulder can have so many causes I have since found out that no one treatment method can fit all. Linda
Hi Linda,
I personally love the pedi-pole for engaging the subscapularis, lats, etc. to heighten scapular awareness and then begin to gradually incorporate painfree functional ecentric exercises as client permits.
