We havent had a class in a while with the Spine Corrector! I also love the roller so putting in a plea for someone to maybe do a combo class using both peices? Love the variety!! Plueeeeze?

I recently filmed a short foam roller segment, about 15 minutes or so. I chose to focus on opening muscles around hip joint. Not sure when it's going up, so stay tuned!!

Centa it is classic! The Spine Corrector is often called The Step Barrel too. To get a sense of it you can view some of our Spine Corrector/Step Barrel classes here.
