I'm getting back into pilates after sporadic practice over the last few years (after an amazing experience with my first pilates studio, I've found it difficult to find anywhere else that comes close). I'm really enjoying the classes I've taken here, but I'm finding it really difficult to release the tension from my neck and shoulders. Are there any tips or exercises anyone has for how I can improve my technique in this regard?
