Does anyone have any ideas for good scoliosis exercises on the Reformer or Chair that you could reccomend? I have a client with S curve. She came in with neck pain as well which I suspect the Scoliosis is prob a factor there. I was so pleased to see the program from the wonderful Kathy Grant here last week ! But looking for ideas on the equipment.. Thanks guys!
Hi Jamie, I think Courtney Miller's class#697 addresses many helpful hints. She professes to have scoliosis, so maybe some of the exercises she gives could help.
