I am excited to say, I am FINALLY getting to come for a workshop the end of Sept! Headed to Cosa Mesa to the On Center Conditioning for a workshop on Injuries & Pathologies. Here is what I need to know.

Jamie!!! Your'e coming to CA?!!! When? What workshop in Costa Mesa? Is it at BASI? Come get a lesson on camera with us! It is a two hour drive. There is also a train that will bring you straight to Carpinteria or Santa Barbara (Santa Ana or Irvine to Carp). I will do my best to help you get where you need to be, but I need more info. There is a beach route through Malibu that Annie Maxwell and Stephen took when they came up. It's nice and just slightly longer. Lucky you Jamie! I might be attending that workshop as well (I'm signed up for the test out the following weekend so not sure if I should be filling my brain with additional information before it) so maybe I'll see you there. =)
