Double Jointed?

OK I have a new client. I had her on the reformer today working on upper arms and shoulder work,. Sitting her on the box facing risers I put straps in her hands and was going to have her do a bicep curl.. her arms when she straightened them out were almost completly turned inward.. I realize this is pretty much the way her bones line up, but still I need some help with some great cues to help get her better aligned.. Any body with any ideas??? Thanks!! Jamie
