Suggestions For AP Classes; Hip Impingement / Rotator Cuff Rehab

I'm enjoying my pilates workouts but would appreciate some suggestions from our instructors. I have right hip/leg pain (dx; hip impingement/hamstring tendonopathy) and right shoulder 'sloppiness' & some pain (full supraspinatus tear & tendon off of bone). Will start PT on Dec. 20. Separating the two, can you provide suggestions as to what Pilates Anytime classes that would help with these? On the 3 point scale, I'm a '2' experience wise. Looking to strengthen/stabize both areas. I probably have all equipment necessary and, other than injuries, am both fit & patient. Thanks in advance for your suggestions regarding AP classes.
Wow Steve I want to help you and you're telling me you have a full supraspinatus tear and hip impingement with hamstring tendon issues... tough call to give suggestions from afar when you have that going on.
You might watch Madeline Black's Mat class on shoulder and arm stability to see if you think it would be appropriate for you.

and Karen Sanzo's mat class focusing on the lateral aspect of the body.

Let us know how it goes and we can better guide you. Good luck!

Good morning Kristi,
Your suggestions are greatly appeciated! I know the shoulder issue is tough but cancelled surgery last week, decicided to go the PT & pilates route to build strength & scapular stability. Hip & high hamstring tendonopathy are the most painful (also SI joint pain) and the ones I'm hoping to hear what classes may be best to strengthen & work on lack of flexibility. I am working both 1:1 & classes with a local instructor who was/is a chiropractor prior to opening her pilates studio, so I'm not going this just on my own. Keep the class suggestions coming, especially how to address the right hip. Again, thanks much :)
So glad to hear you are working with someone steve! Phew!
Ok... check out Brent Anderson's Back care. I felt great for several days after this class and I didn't really have back pain going into it! I also think it will be good for your hip.

Another Madeline Black class you may find useful. I can't remember what kind of load is put on the shoulders so be careful with that, but I think the rest will be quite good.
