Hello, i have recently qualified as a matwork instructor in the UK and will soon be completing a conversion course to become a Body Control instructor here in the UK. Can anyone tell me which instructors teach movements in a similar way to the Body Control method? I'd like to take classes that will reflect what I'll be learning. Many thanks, Sophie.

Good Question Pilatesneve... will you please give me a few names of people who teach Body Control Method. Sometimes I know how people teach but I can't remember what school they came from. Lynne Robinson? If I don't know, I'll be able to ask more easily if I have a few names of teachers who present for Body Control. Anyone else know?

Hi Kristi, thanks for your post. Lynne Robinson is the main Body Control proponent in the UK and it will be her course Im taking. It would be really useful if any of your teachers on the site teach something similar so I could focus on their classes in particular.

I'm also a BCP teacher in the UK and I find that Monika Wilson teaches like BCP. She's wonderful. Hope this helps! Angela
