OK so I know via FB that Brent Anderson was just in the studio soooooooooooo when on when will it post and will there be a workshop?? Just love him.

Hi Jamie ~ We love him too! I can't give you an exact date but yes, there will be a short workshop. Please keep in mind that we film people when they can come. Often that means we do two or three workshops in a month. Our goal is to put out one or two a month so people don't overlook the great content of these instructors for their being too much. Brent also did a great Mat class and Reformer class that will be out sooner (a few weeks).

Yea! thats good. I know you guys bust your bootys to provide us with good quality classes and workshops. I saw where he had visited PA on FB so assumed or hoped a class and or workshop was on the way. Thanks for letting me know. I really enjoy when hes around.
