Pilates, rejuvenation type getaway packages?

Does anyone know of a place to go to just get away practice pilates, yoga, massage, hike, just a nice "about me" vacation spot?

I go to the Ojai Valley Inn. It's pretty close to the studio about 30 mins drive around a lake, but it feels like a world away. Plus maybe you could come to the studio and do some pilates with PA!
