Hi, I would like to know which type of exercises should a student of Pilates avoid when having problems at the lower back, or some modifications (in terms of Pilates). Maybe if theres a video in this site that explains it? I would really appreciate if you could tell me :)
Alexandra~ You can find classes on Pilates Anytime By Speciality and one of the options is called Back. The classes under this option are great for back problems and Brent Anderson's classes are especially popular and useful in that area. He's actually done an entire workshop on Back Care that is filled with useful information.
