Maybe pregnant

Beside a little injury in my knee I've just have an insemination on wednesday so I'm not sure if I can do Pilates or not. Is it safe to do any kind of core working without being sure of the results yet?

The delicate process you have just undergone merits caution and conversation with your Doctors. I would not recommend taking classes until you do so. Wishing you all the best.

Leah gave birth to Turner Ethan Stewart on Dec 12th. He was 8 lbs 4 oz and was 19 1/2 inches long. Leah and her family are doing well and we're looking at the calendar for her to come back and teach post-natal classes.
