toning leg muscles during pregnency

hello, im into my my 28th week and active , im a dancer and ballet teacher .. still im looking for more workout for thighs,asking if hip roles double leg and single leg are appropriat during my preg..

Hi Ellah

Doing leg work is appropriate during all trimesters. You may do footwork on the chair as well as side lying footwork on the reformer. I do squats against the wall with a ball in my mat classes. Single leg is also appropriate as long as the underneath leg remains stable. I would hesitate to do exercises like side splits and feet in straps leg circles on the reformer but mostly all others are ok.
