Hello all, i would like please to know what kind of alternative exercise do we demonstrate or give, to those clients that cannot do the roll-over and the rolling like a ball? Thank you in advance!
Hi VIvica I cant speak for anyone else but with rolling like a ball I just get the client to balance and gently roll behind their sit bones and then forward on their sit bones. So the don't do a complete roll. With the full roll over try adding a foam roller under the clients hips to help with a roll over prep. If I remember correctly the great Karen Sanzo has a short demonstration on this.
