Inability to roll up

Several clients not able to do roll up. Can anyone suggest some cues that might help or props. Have tried holding weighted balls and flex band around feet which help. Presume it's a combination of inflexibility in spine and weak abs?
Hi Carol ~ We have a couple of short videos that may help you with this. The first is from Niedra Roll Up assistance
and the second is one I did on low back tightness... the first few minutes offer suggestions for the roll up. I hope it helps....

just tried on my laptop and again takes me to the wrist issues modification page. Before I click play it seems that Kristi is about to demonstrate the back issues (small rolled up towel on mat behind her) but when I play it skips to her with free weights and the wrist issue mods.
