Hello, I would like to know if anyone has any tips/exercises to help with tight/inflexible shoulders as well as having issues with not enough back extension and when trying to do climb a tree and extend back over the box, back feels sooo tight/stiff. Especially the past 2 weeks. Slightly frustrated.
Hi Jodie- You might try Madeline Black's Wall Circle: //www.youtube.com/watch?v=d6Ud6tvYk tk It's a really nice way to open the shoulders... which is more than likely tied into your back extension issue. You can modulate the intensity by moving closer to or further from the wall. Hope that helps.
