exercise fanatic with bone loss

I have a new client who is very into fitness- I would go so far as to say she may have some body dysmorphia issues. She is 62 and has some bone loss in the cervical and thorasic spine. She is wanting to join my mat class. Most information I see out there for osteoporosis and bone loss seems to be aimed at beginners. Does anyone have suggestions for modifications to the classical exercises (specifically the series of 5) or new exercises to focus on the abs that would make her feel challenged? Thanks!
BTW- I have looked at Rebekah's class and that was very helpful. Just looking for some more variety in the moves that will help my client feel like she's working hard.
Hi Eleanor! Keep the head and chest down in the series of 5. Demand that your client keep ultimate connection of her spine to the mat without the chest being up----she'll be very surprised at how challenging that is and what a good workout that can be!!! Rebekah has a dvd---Pilates for Buff Bones that you may want to invest in. www.incorporatingmovement.com as a resource. Also, keep in mind that all the side lying work is incredible abdominal challenge, balance challenge too. All the standing hand weight and arm weights work is fantastic, standing balancing is also excellent. I have many suggestions. Feel free to email me if you'd like to dialogue more! Good luck!
Thanks so much Amy! I'll check out the website. I may get in touch with you with some more specific questions. Although, She hasn't been back in a few days. I'm concerned I wasn't able to give her what she wanted. Maybe I'm wrong and she will come back, we'll wait and see.
