Jump-board

When will we get some more jump-board classes? It would be nice to see some interval training using the jumpboards. Thanks!

Hi Jamie, I'm going to do a class tomorrow night which should go up on the site next week. I'm thinking 30 minutes....Mat/Jumpboard! Stay tuned!

Amy I have Exo chair at home with the attached arm and leg springs if any of you can teach a class with this particular equiptment I would so appreciate! I have one DVD but so bored with it by now..so looking for a bit of variety from some of you fabulous instructors!! Thanks.. Jamie
