leg length discrepancy SI joint exercise from Osteo

In Sherri's video for SI joint syndrome, and in one of Brent's vids on back pain, they use a series of exercises from Osteopathy, in which you are supine with the knees 90/90put a stick under one knee and over the other and extend the hip of former and flex the latter. This is followed by hip adduction and then abduction to set the bones. Brent and Sherri do the first exercise in opposite ways. Brent extends the longer leg hip and Sherri extends the shorter. Can you address this? I have leg length discrepency and many clients do also, would be very helpful to work that out! PS, I have tried it Brent's way, and think I have had success, but it is always hard to tell where the success comes from because I'm trying new things all the time
