Hi, I'm considering the move Tower (performed bottom loaded on the tower). It seems to create compressive forces, beyond body weight, on the spine, in flexion. My mentor asked me what I thought the real benefits of this move are, and I couldn't come up with many that you couldn't get from other moves, other than that fact that it feels amazing to some of us. Maybe it feels amazing to those of us who live in extension. I do have several clients, who tend to posteriorly tuck, and the move does not agree with them. Maybe this is because it's pushing them further into flexion when they are already too inclined in that direction. Thoughts?
