Dearest Pilates Anytime Friends !! I have a challenge for you . I am heading into major foot surgery next week and will be non weight bearing on my Right foot for 6 weeks ( in a cast ) plus 4-6 weeks in a boot. !! I really want to keep as active as possible ( first 2 weeks will be pretty much on the sofa with leg elevated 100%) and am concentrating on what I CAN do and not what I CANT do . I hope to do 2 sessions per day ,from a 10 min ROM twice a day after my first few days post op using light hand weights .Moving to TT over a Stability ball, ab preps criss cross etc...working up to a 40 minute session twice daily after 6 weeks, hopefully using both Reformer (SPX STOTT REFORMER ) and Mat . Ps I have all the props like foam rollers/ rings/balls Hand weights etc PLEASE can any of you wonderful people devise a workout Mat or Reformer that I can adhere to ? I reckon the Cardio Tramp rebounder will be lying idle for a while with my tennis racquet and bicycle! x Lizanne
