Hi, I'm very into breathing topic at this moment as it seams to be one of the main problems with my clients. why some girls blow their belly on the exhail and she cant stop this. I must say she is teh new one so I don't push her as most of my clients. I say thay should do the best they can. Some can't stop puffing abdominals on the exhail. I know it is normal that abdominals release to some stage on the inhail and I got so much more information from your videos on breathing already but still it's difficould to apply the information to regular people.

How about asking her to open the mouth and find a long gentle breath from the back of the throat on the exhale? Explain that by blowing, she is creating tension in her body which will limit movement. If she can find it, she'll be creating less tension in her body with the breath.
