Buying a Reformer is Scary! :)

Hi PA Community,

Do you have any experience using a reformer that is ground level, or really close to the floor?

I am a Kane School instructor trained pretty much on Stott, but don't really have the space or an extra room in my house to hold a regular reformer. I rely heavily on PA reformer videos for practice. A reformer that sits closer to the floor will make certain exercises impossible, (pulling straps 1, eves lunge, semi circle). I've been looking at the Balanced Body IQ. It looks really portable, but is basically ground level.

Anyone familiar with this reformer or have an opinion on it? Would love to hear your thoughts.
Thank you!
Paula

I have an IQ, its quiet, smooth and a quality machine.
I have an IQ. The foot bar options are limited, but it's a great little machine and I have no complaints!
