Hey! I'm working through Monica Wilson's beginner program right now (amazing, btw!), but I'm having some trouble with keeping my low back flat while lying on the ground with my legs straight on the floor. When my knees are bent, of course, it's much easier, but I was wondering if you had any tips for flattening my lower back while in the starting roll up position. Thanks!!
