1. My right side is super flexible but weak. Doing shoulder bridge when I lift my left leg is so different than the right. My pelvis drops. Also, any lunge involving strengthening that right quad is vastly different than the left. I'm guessing that I should work out based on the weakest side, but I don't want to lost strength in the left side as it waits for the right to catch up.
2. I have cfs and fibro and my docs say working out is best for me in the early morning. I have started, but boy! I'm a beginner again. I can't do a full roll up in the morning, even after a longer warmup. So my question is, can that change? Might my body get used to earlier workouts and allow me to get back to the intermediate exercises it is used to?
I see my chiropractor/physio tomorrow so I know he will give me insights as well, but often, Pilates teachers help me so much more. Thanks a bunch.
I could use some insight.
