I have absolutely loved doing the workouts on Pilates Anytime since discovering pilates about 6 months ago. Sometimes, I'm not in the mood to follow a video and would rather a printed out version. Is there a website or book with such a resource - various pilates routines at various levels? Sort of like what PA offers except for in printed form? To be clear, most of the books I have seen have explanations of each exercise -- that's wonderful -- but what I need are just some routines laid out that I can follow. The one book i've found is Cathleen Murakami -- it's great but i'd like more.
Pilates by Rael Isaacowitz has sample workout sequences for different levels and different lengths of time on mat and all of the other major equipment.
The Complete Pilates Tutor by Alan Herdman has different routines for different issues, back, knee, etc.
Pilates on the Ball by Colleen Craig has different workouts on a stability ball.
I have a ridiculous number of Pilates books so I will keep looking through them and add to this as I find more. I just ordered the Cathleen Murakami books...thanks for the tip!
