Can anyone recommend some intermediate reformer (preferably) workouts with more of a focus on back body? I am realizing it is a weaker area for me and wanted to focus more on this for the next few weeks. I only see workouts divided by back or glutes as an anatomical focus, but am looking for more of an overall back body focused class or two. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Lori ~ This class by Cara Reeser is a great Reformer workout that works on strengthening the back body. If I think of any more, I will definitely let you know!
Tom McCook #679. This is a great class to get your back chain working. It's very well paced and feels great while you are doing it. I found the work and awareness of how hard my back body were working caught up with me the next day!
