We have filmed a back care lecture and an Avalon class with Rael already, both of which will be up on the site soon.

His marathon mat class is very popular and well liked and we're hoping he'll come back and film more with us.

Oh great!! Is the back care lecture like a workshop? Thats something that is of such great interest to me. I so look forward to that. Plus the Avalon Chair of course. I look forward to seeing more of him . Thanks Ted for responding so promptly!
