Instructor mixed level programming

Hi there, just wanted some feedback re programming a mixed level class, I’m Stott Pilates qualified and usually start with Ab prep , Breast stroke, Shell stretch etc, I teach a session in blocks of 5 weeks and am wondering how to make it more interesting yet progress the class as well! Would u change up the routine a little and add circle / bands etc?? Would love some feedback from other instructors about how they go about programming the class from session ( 5 weeks) to the next session? Thanks
Catherine ~ Thank you for your forum post. This tutorial by Sally Anderson may be helpful with class programming in general. Also, Courtney Miller's workshop, Radical Reformer, is great for ideas for group classes. She shows how you can offer progressions so that more advanced students can continue to be challenged while the more beginner students can work on mastering the exercises they are given. I hope this helps!
