It is with sadness as well as optimism that I share the following... On Tuesday night Julian Littleford called to tell me about the bad news he had just received. Our dear friend and colleague was calling to tell me he would need to cancel the workshop he had planned to do for us in July because he has been diagnosed with cancer and was expected to start treatment right away. What follows in the link below is a personal note from Julian that he posted on Facebook a few hours ago. We're sending him our love and healing thoughts.

Oh how sad!! Hes such a wonderful man and I admire him so. I will post a personal note to him and pray for his speedy and full recovery!! Thanks for letting us know Krisit. Jamie

Julian is so amazing!! I wish him all the best and will be praying for him!

Please keep us posted on his progress. I so admire his PIlates practice, his manner, his method, and the positive energy he brings to his sessions.

Ending session II of chemo and I feel good. So I have a few days till we go for session III next Wednesday. Been thinking alot about more reformer and mat sessions on Pilates anytime if I feel up to it I think I will do a couple at the end of the summer we'll make em kinda challenging. I am also stoked about going to Mind Body On Line in August we're joining the 20th Century

With a positive attitude, you can whup cancers butt!!!!!

All our prayers are for Julian . I am a psychooncologist from Turkey and i want him to know that we are here for him.
