I'm newly qualified (nearly a year) and need some advise. I have a very fit client, who for years has personal training sessions twice a week, mainly weight lifting and has been coming to me for mat Pilates for 6 months. She still can't lift her shoulders off of the floor when in a supine position. How can I help her achieve this. I've tried to modify for her in different ways but each time have failed.
