I'm thinking about reaching out to a niche market and offering group mat class at Golf Course and was curious to hear if any instructors have had success w/targeting this or a similar niche market. I was thinking something like a 6 week series w/4-8 clients max. Has anyone had success w/this or best practices to share? Thanks so much.

I have been considering the same thing. Have you had any success? I have been teaching for 10 years. Live in Hawaii and am planning to go do a Pilates for golf training at the end of the month.

Hey Stephanie - I'm targeting Spring/Summer of next year so haven't executed yet but I found some fantastic Golf Conditioning DVDs STOTT Pilates put out. They were very inspirational used those Pilates small balls as a fun prop.

I teach a Golf Conditioning class every January through May and it's been very successful. It's mostly men and they have liked it so much they now bring their wives. I teach Pilates and yoga moves geared specifically to golfers. The students have a whole new appreciation for both methods.
