Is there a way to keep my hip flexors from doing the work of my abs in rollups and related exercises? I find myself very tight there, and tend to be unable to stop them from kicking in. Am I just too weak, still?
Lydia look on this site under the Learning Center where it says exercises. There is some really good instruction there from some of the leading pilates instructors addressing those issues. I believe Rebekah Robinson has something there for hip flexor tightness and Kristi has something there as well. Hope that helps.
