Hi, Please tell me, on this exercise, where is the oppositional energy? Is it working a "twist" of the pelvis away from the chair, trying to keep the pelvis square, or working a twist of the pelvis toward the chair? Or perhaps it's none of the above! Thank you for your reply. Love your site and explanations!
Tiffany can you direct us to a specific exercise in a specific class (the class number and time in the class)? Every movement has an oppositional energy, so if we know what specifically you are referring to we can better answer your question.
Thank you Kristi. Yes, class #346 at the 14:50 minute with you and Meredith. I suppose my question could also be phrased is the energy in the upside down push-up side about creating more disassociation of the upper body from the lower body (greater rotation/twist) or working to keep the pelvis square? Thank you for your insight!
