How to reach a buyer for a pilates studio?

Hello, I started a studio in San Jose, CA in Oct 2019. We made it to the other side of the pandemic and are growing strong but my youngest has developed a chronic illness and I need to sell to devote time and energy to her healing. Ideally I would like to hand over the whole business, clients, equipment, LLC and all so that it can continue. Suggestions for how to connect with pilates instructors who may be up for that adventure?
