Hi all, I'm a software engineer, taking reformer classes (on and off) over 5 years. I'd like to deepen my knowledge and even become a professional trainer at some point. I'm looking for teacher training programs but I don't know where to begin. I had classes from various teachers with various reformer machine. To be honest I wasn't aware of the different pilates styles until I start searching for the training programmes. How did you choose the style you like to get trained? Are there huge differences between training styles? (I'm based in Netherlands, in case you have any local tips for me) Thanks, Elo
Hi - I’m in a similar situation as you, working full-time in another profession and doing my pilates teacher training on the side. I went with Balanced Body as it is internationally recognized and allowed me to do just the reformer modules without having to do the may modules.
