Does Level 1/2 mean between level 1 and 2 , so I should be a solid level 1 before I try that? Or is it more like could be Level 1 or Level 2 and there are guidelines on how to adjust?
Peggy.... It means between level 1& 2 AND you should try it! You may surprise yourself. :) Remember FORM before range of motion, so if you find yourself challenged just back it off a little, by making your ROM smaller, bending your knee - make little adjustments. Try it and let me know.
