Hi Summer ~ You may want to check in with the folks at Polestar. Brent Anderson talked about this very subject yesterday here at PA. There is information coming out about over recruiting the pelvic floor (among other muscles) in Pilates as a CAUSE for disfunction. We must all remember that we are trying to work efficiently, that means we should use only what we have to in order to maintain form and avoid pain.
