Out of Focus

Hi, I have noticed lately when I click on a video the screen looks out of focus. This used to be an issue but if I watched a few mins it would clear on its own. Now its lasts entire length of video. Anyone else having this issue? I have tried rebooting my computer so unsure what else to try.

Jamie ~ I will send you an email with some suggestions of how to fix this but it is pretty hard to troubleshoot remotely! We will try our best though!

Hi Jamie,
The "out of focus" look usually means that you have either selected the "Low" quality version or that you have selected "Auto Detect" and you have a low bandwidth connection on your device. I find when I'm on my iPad if I get more than 50 feet or so from my wireless router that my bandwidth goes down and I no longer get the HD quality video.
